The Nest

The Nest Suite features two queen beds and two twin beds – a day bed and a trundle
— and is well-suited to families and other groups of related folks.

On the second floor, this quiet room looks south over the wetlands toward our fields and west toward the Merrimack river; It has beautiful light and gives you a treetop view of our resident birds. Open your windows (in season) to birdsong.

The room has a private bath with shower and a  kitchenette with fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Also available are a hair dryer and iron, so you can look your best, and a window air conditioner.

Riverland offers fast Wifi.  Nest also has a Smart TV with free Roku channels. You can also sign into to your own Netflix, Google Play, or Amazon Prime accounts.  Broadcast anything from your laptop or phone to the TV via chromecast.  Riverland does not offer cable.

Minimum stays are required on weekends and during busy periods.  We add a $25 surcharge for last-minute bookings and/or for each extra person (over 18) in the room, as described on our Check Availability/Make a Reservation page.

Standard nightly rates for two guests:

$250 for one night (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights only);
$225 per night for two, consecutive nights;
$200  per night for three or more, consecutive nights;
