Welcome to Riverland, a comfy bed and breakfast perched above the Merrimack River on the Concord-Canterbury line in central New Hampshire. We offer old-fashioned, New England hospitality with home-cooked breakfast, line-dried sheets and local lore.
Imagine waking up in the woods and strolling to a sandy beach on the river or rocking on our porch with a good book, listening to the birdsong. We are perfect for birding, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, exploring the historic Concord-Canterbury area or just unwinding after a long drive or workday.
Riverland is a quiet home with both private and family rooms with private baths. We are just 1.5 miles off Interstate 93 (Exit 17).

Breakfast at Riverland
We take pride in offering a home-cooked, New England breakfast, featuring fresh, local and organic ingredients. Our typical menu might include a few sweet treats:
- Apple Bread or Click here for recipe.
- Fresh-baked popovers with a selection of jams. Click here for recipe.
- Orange juice and fresh fruit in season.

We round-out breakfast with several good, stick-with-you options:
- Riverland egg bake is a marries bacon, corn and sweet baby tomatoes with fresh, local eggs and Vermont Cabot Cheddar cheese, which New Englanders have been known to say, “is strong enough to bite you back!.”
- Baked Beans, a New England tradition
- Coffee and/or tea.
We are flexible and will do our best to honor dietary restrictions.
