Renting the Common Room

If you need a quiet space to hold a meeting or gathering for 10-15 people, our Common Room may be just the ticket. We are just 1.5 miles from Route 93, Exit 17 and are easy to find.

Our guests freely use our common room, but the common room can be rented on its own at times guests are not about.  The facility fee will vary depending on time of year, day of the week, and whether the kitchen is required.

Our kitchen, with its long breakfast bar, is an excellent place to set out a catered meal.  We are happy to facilitate catering orders tailored to your group’s needs.

In the cold months, our open fire sets a warm tone.

We are happy to configure seating as you require.
