Garden Suite

The Garden Suite features a queen bed and two twin beds – a day bed and a trundle — and is well-suited to families.

At the back of the house, this quiet room looks south over the wetlands toward our fields and west toward the Merrimack River; It has beautiful light and ample room to move around.  You will feel as though you are in your own private woodland garden.  Open your windows (in season) to birdsong.

On the ground-floor, the room has a private bath with tub and shower, air conditioning.  We also provide hair dryer and iron.

Garden has a kitchenette, with dorm-size fridge, microwave and toaster oven and Keurig coffee machine.

Riverland offers fast Wifi.  Garden also has a Smart TV with free Roku channels. You can also sign into to your own Netflix, Google Play, or Amazon Prime accounts.  Broadcast anything from your laptop or phone to the TV via chromecast.  Riverland does not have cable.

Two-night minimum stays are required weekends (Friday through Monday) and during especially busy periods.  We add a $25 surcharge for last-minute bookings and for extra people over age 18 in a room, as described on our Check Availability/Make a Reservation page.

Nightly rates for two guests:

$250 for one night (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights only);

$225 per night for two, consecutive nights;

$200 per night for three or more consecutive nights;
